Processing Time

Once we receive the refund from the supplier, we will process it and issue it to you promptly.
Please note that refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Administrative Fees
In some cases, administrative fees may apply for processing cancellations and refunds. These fees are separate from any charges imposed by third-party suppliers.
