Payment & Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirements

• Hotels, Car Rentals, and Excursions:

  • A minimum deposit of USD 50 is required if the booking is made 45 days or more before the travel date.

  • If the booking is made within 45 days of travel, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Flights:

  • There are no deposits required for flights, except for certain contracted group flights. In such cases, the deposit amount will be determined by the airline and communicated to you at the time of booking.

Final Payment

• The final payment for all bookings is due 30 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified.

• For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for deposits and final payments:

• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

• PayPal: Payments can be made securely using your PayPal account.

All payments are processed through secure payment systems to ensure the safety of your information.

Late Payment Policy

• Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• Cancellations due to late payment are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy, including applicable cancellation fees.

• Deposits and payment deadlines are essential to secure your reservations with third-party suppliers (hotels, car rental agencies, airlines, etc.).

• Certain bookings, such as promotional offers or special packages, may have unique payment schedules and requirements. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
