Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to outline the procedures and potential fees associated with canceling or modifying your booking. Please read the following carefully to understand how cancellations are handled.
1. General Cancellation Policy
-
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our online contact form.
-
Cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, or other third-party providers.
-
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms and policies of the individual service providers, and the refund amount may vary based on the time of cancellation.
2. Cancellation Fees
-
Flights: Airlines typically charge a cancellation fee that varies depending on the fare class, destination, and ticket conditions. Non-refundable tickets may not be eligible for a refund.
-
Hotels: Cancellations made within the hotel's cancellation window (usually 24-72 hours before check-in) may result in no fee; however, late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges up to the full cost of the stay.
-
Cruises: Cancellation policies for cruises vary by cruise line and can include non-refundable deposits, especially for cancellations within 90 days of departure. Please refer to the cruise line’s specific terms.
-
Car Rentals: Most car rental companies allow free cancellations before the pick-up date; however, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties.
-
Tours and Excursions: Many tours and activities are non-refundable or may have strict cancellation windows. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
-
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. Processing times may vary based on the policies of the respective service providers.
-
Non-refundable deposits or fees charged by third-party suppliers will not be refunded.
-
If a refund is granted, it will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes. In such cases, refunds or rebooking options will depend on the policies of the third-party suppliers.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your trip.
If you have any questions or need assistance with a cancellation, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help and will do our best to minimize any cancellation fees and make alternative arrangements where possible.
