Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. Before booking your travel arrangements with us, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through the important information provided below. These terms outline the policies and procedures that govern your booking, including payment, cancellation, changes, and liability, as well as your responsibilities as a traveler. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Our goal is to ensure that your travel experience is seamless and enjoyable, so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

1. General Terms
  • Accuracy of Information: Clients agree that all information provided in the booking form is accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the client.

  • Age Requirement: The client confirms they are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and/or has obtained the required consent from guardians (if necessary).

2. Quote Validity
  • Validity of Quote: The quote provided is based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry and is subject to availability, price changes, and other unforeseen factors. Prices, availability, and itineraries may change before the booking is confirmed.

3. Booking and Payment Terms
  • Deposit and Payment: The client understands that certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Payment schedules, including final payment due dates, will be outlined in the confirmation email.

  • Final Payment: Failure to make the final payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of the booking, and cancellation fees may apply.

  • Price Changes: Prices may fluctuate due to factors such as currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, and supplier price changes. Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Fees: If the client decides to cancel, they may be subject to cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, or other third-party providers. These fees may vary depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Some bookings may require non-refundable deposits, especially for flights, cruises, and special packages. Clients are responsible for understanding the specific cancellation policies for their booking.

  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms set by the supplier or service provider. Refund processing times may vary.

5. Changes and Amendments
  • Change Requests: Any changes to the booking (including flight changes, hotel modifications, or tour amendments) may incur additional fees. Changes are subject to availability and may be limited by the supplier’s terms.

  • Amendment Fees: The client may be responsible for any amendment fees imposed by the supplier, in addition to administrative fees charged by your agency.

6. Travel Documents
  • Passport and Visa Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas or travel authorizations for their destination. Clients should verify that their passport has at least 6 months of validity from the return date.

  • Health Requirements: Clients must comply with any health or vaccination requirements for their destination (e.g., COVID-19 vaccination or testing).

7. Travel Insurance
  • Travel Insurance Recommendation: Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage. If clients decline to purchase travel insurance, they assume full responsibility for any losses incurred.

8. Liability
  • Third-Party Suppliers: Boarding Pass Collectors acts as an intermediary between the client and various service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, etc.). We are not responsible for any service disruptions, cancellations, delays, or issues caused by third-party suppliers.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes.

9. Client Responsibilities
  • Behavior and Conduct: The client agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set by the travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.). Disruptive or illegal behavior may result in the termination of services, with no refund provided.

  • Travel Documentation: The client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) are accurate and up to date. The client will be liable for any expenses resulting from the failure to provide appropriate documentation.

10. Disclaimers
  • Changes in Itinerary: Suppliers, including airlines and cruise lines, reserve the right to alter itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or other factors. These changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

  • Website Content: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the website, errors or changes may occur. We are not liable for typographical errors, outdated information, or pricing errors on the website.

11. Data Privacy
  • Personal Data: Clients agree to the collection and use of their personal data solely for the purpose of creating and managing their travel bookings. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete bookings.

12. Dispute Resolution
  • Governing Law: Any disputes or claims arising from the booking will be governed by the laws of Jamaica.

  • Dispute Resolution: Clients agree to seek resolution of disputes through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Agreement to Terms
  • Client Acknowledgement: By submitting the booking form, and all other documentation pertaining to their travel, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The client acknowledges that they are entering into a legally binding contract.
